Three golden rules of AR digital distance training you don't know

1. What is distance training? What are its advantages over face-to-face training?

Don't rely too much on pre prepared teaching materials

Slow down! More efficient training

Trying to get more and faster in a short time is a common problem in employee training. Generally speaking, training means more time investment.

Many people don't understand distance training, so they don't know whether it is worth spending more than two hours. New customers often require one day or 10 classes for the original three-day course. The core factor for training to achieve the expected effect is time. As with experiential training, it is equally important to establish a scientific training schedule.
